VOLUNTEER AT AN EVENT
There are various event volunteer roles ranging from greeters to judges, inspectors, emcees and referees. Technical and non-technical event volunteer roles for every level are available, with some roles requiring no experience necessary.
As an event volunteer you will:
- receive training for your volunteer role, as necessary
- have access to year-of-service pins and other recognition items
- be part of a community with a vision for the future
- have FUN!
Volunteers must:
- undergo a background screening as part of the FIRST Youth Protection Program (over 18yo)
- be at least 13 years old
- complete training and certification dependent upon the volunteer role assigned to them
- follow the Code of Conduct guidelines
